HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

All packages will be shipped First Class mail via USPS. It can take 3- 5 days to be delivered after processing. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your package at the date stated on your tracking information, please contact your local USPS office.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Due to hygiene and nature of our products there are no returns or refunds available once product is shipped. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions about your order.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO WASH THE WRAP CAP?

The brushes on the Wrap Cap are self-cleaning. When the bristles are retracted, the hair from the brush gets cleaned out. We recommend that the cap part be HAND WASHED. Avoid areas where the brush is connected to the cap.
TIPS TO HELP THE WRAPPING PROCESS OF THE WRAP CAP:

Detangle hair before putting on the Wrap Cap.

Make sure to brush hair completely through when wrapping clockwise or counterclockwise.

Because this process is new, it may take more than 1 time to get the hang of it.
IS THE WRAP CAP KID FRIENDLY?

Absolutely! The Wrap Cap is recommended for ages 6 and up.
